Mrs. Saraswathy Shirke Deo (Sara Deo) is the Founder and Principal of the firm. She commenced her career as principal lecturer in law in late 90s. Her extensive experience in legal academia helped accentuate the internalisation of the need for:

The Founder and Principal of the firm, commenced her career as law lecturer in late 90s, after she was
awarded an LLB (Hons) by University of London. She was the
youngest law lecturer of the college at that time. Her good
credentials, depth of knowledge in law and articulacy earned her
the position of Principal Lecturer in Law for the Law of Tort and
Constitutional & Administrative Law. She lectured in several local
colleges and private universities over the years. Upon leaving
academia in 2007, she held advisory positions in Malaysian
companies abroad. A year after her return to Malaysia in 2012,
she was called to the Malaysian Bar. She worked as a junior
associate with leading litigators and a former apex court
judge/consultant; assisting in both first instance trials and
appellate matters. She ventured to work in large firms and full
service small firms to handle litigation files independently,
gaining a wide range of exposure to sharpen the saw.

In her personal life, Sara Deo is a dedicated mother of her son; Dilan Singh Deo and a loving wife to an amazing husband; Rashpal Singh Deo whom she loves and adores. She loves classical Hindustani music, she is a mediocre sitar player and an awful singer. She speaks 5 languages very fluently. She enjoys nature and travelling to scenic natural attractions.
